“The prestigious Vogue Spain has featured one of our most defining Couture creations of the season in its pages, naming Théoro in its headline as ‘the coolest bridal brand of the moment.’ We would like to extend our most sincere gratitude to journalist Tatiana Ojea for beautifully and with such sophistication capturing the design intent of our studio”.

The bride, Naiara, approached our atelier with the vision of projecting an exclusive silhouette from scratch for her wedding in Galicia. Following a year of rigorous artisanal construction, consultations, and fittings, a sculptural piece emerged—blending architectural sophistication and avant-garde fashion under a ‘Grace Kelly meets Balenciaga’ inspiration.

The primary design centers on a sophisticated two-piece detachable structure, engineered to radically transform the silhouette throughout the celebration. The exterior piece features an imposing, high-volume skirt with hidden pockets, crafted from authentic imported silk shantung. Beneath it lies a delicate inner gown with a bustier construction in French lace, finished with an elegant train and handcrafted silk micro-flowers meticulously created in our atelier. The look was completed with a fluid silk tulle veil, intricately embroidered with matching floral motifs.

La Preparación: El Preludio de Seda de la Novia

The style curation began during the morning preparations, focusing on the texture and minimalism of the undergarments. We designed an exclusive champagne silk slip dress for Naiara with a contemporary halter neckline finished with handcrafted silk micro-flowers created in our atelier. As a formal contrast and visual thread before the ceremony, the bride structured her initial look by layering our iconic Ampi robe, creating a styling preparation that felt purely editorial, unforgettable, and effortless.

The Silhouette Evolution: Ceremony to Reception

The evolution of the styling continued into the reception with a radical transformation of the silhouette. By shedding the structural high-volume overskirt, the visual focus shifted entirely to the French lace inner gown and its structured bustier construction. As a formal contrast for the second look, our ‘Royal’ feather cape was incorporated over the shoulders, a collection piece that introduces texture, dynamism, and a purely sophisticated, festive intent.

The style direction, helmed by Théoro, also covered the pre-wedding celebrations. For the welcome event, Naiara selected our ‘Bubble’ mini dress, a piece crafted in silk jacquard that stands out for its architectural volume and contemporary cut. Part of our Ready-to-Wear line, this design proposes a sharp, high-fashion alternative for brides looking to detach themselves from conventional bridal silhouettes from the very first moment.
